How to make the voiced TH sound
For the voiced TH, the tongue sits in the same place as the unvoiced TH but the voice is on, so the sound buzzes. It is the TH in this, mother, and breathe. TH is one of the later sounds to develop, often not mastered until age 6 or later, and substituting D is common along the way.
