Each Phonemic Awareness BOOM Cards! deck includes

1. Blending sounds to form real words (including consonant blends and CCVC, CVCCV, CVCC, CVCCV words)
2. Deleting words from compound words
3. Counting the syllables in one- to three- syllable words

The Phonological Awareness/Phonemic Awareness resources include a voice recording for each target and a choice of images for the phoneme blending task, a choice of two words for the deletion task and a choice of one-, two-, or three- for the syllable task.
